Rennes railway station extension, including an ETFE roof supported by a wood - steel structure .

The roof edge is formed by an ETFE inflated tube, 1 m diameter. The tube crosses the facades and continues inside the hall. It is supported by a curved steel wirenet between the edge beam chords.

The branches of the columns are in glue laminated oak.
