Redevelopment of the existing winery, set of offices and a new vat room including a technical passageway on vats. The large hall of the vat room is made up of precast concrete walls clad in CCV (cement glass composite) mesh, the two gables are covered with a traditional roof overhang supported by a reinforced concrete structure made up of precast modules based on the layout of the fishnets on the walls.
The large awning has a projection of 5.80 m .
A thin concrete shade also prefabricated protects the entrance to the South gable.
